Checkout with Cash
is a
Visa virtual account that you can load at over 48,000
participating Western Union Agent locations. It is not a credit card. It is an account equal to the amount of money you load on the account and is accepted by every online merchant that accepts
Visa debit cards. A $3.95 fee is
charged by Western Union to load cash to the
account and there is a $4.95 Card Activation Fee assessed by
Silverton Bank, N.A. upon
initial load.
After you
activate your account you receive FREE access to three privacy tools
that protect your ID and prevent anyone from knowing about your
purchases online:

A
Patent pending Web based tool that erases all your tracks without
downloading any software.

An
anonymous surfing tool that hides your computer IP address. You
will not be visible on the Internet and no one can obtain your personal
information.
- A Disposable Email Address Service that hides your Real Email Address; no spam and no one can track it back to you.
You may load a
maximum of $500 on a Visa virtual account and no more than $950
on multiple accounts per day. There is also a $2,500 load limit per
month on multiple accounts. The Monthly Service Fee starts after
six months; see Cardholder
Agreement for details. The Visa virtual account
may not be used for online gambling.
